Will I be hungry?
For someone who is overweight hunger is a very relative term. This program will guide you to feel and recognize true hunger, which you will rarely feel; since you will be eating throughout the day.
Do I have to exercise?
There is a difference between exercise and moving. I believe that strenuous exercise for an overweight person is not a good idea: a) because it adds too much stress to the already stressed overweight body, b) it increases appetite which will cause a person to eat more; counterproductive to weight loss.
However, movement is important. For instance, walking 15 min 3x/week is a great and healthy way to move. No time? Just park your car at the end of the parking lot when shopping or running errands; that will give you an extra 5 min walk each way.
Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
First, it depends what your favorite foods are. Also, this plan is a well-balanced food plan that incorporates all the food categories, proteins, carbs, fruits veggies, dairy, and fats. There will be a point in the weight loss process when you can even indulge in your favorite even unhealthy craving-like foods.
Will I lose weight fast?
